Author Guidelines
Authors submitting to the Journal of Lifestyle Communication must ensure that their manuscripts are thoroughly proofread, well-polished, and meet the journal’s standards. Manuscripts should be original, or extended versions of previously published work in conferences or journals, and must be cleared for open publication if they were sponsored. Authors should ensure that their paper follows the specific manuscript template provided by the journal to streamline the submission and publication process. Submissions that do not adhere to the guidelines will not be processed.
General Requirements:

Manuscripts must be written in English.

The length of the article should be between 5000-7000 words, including the bibliography.

Submissions should be sent in an editable version (Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or Rich Text Format (.rtf)).

Standard typography should be used.

Authors are recommended to use reference management tools like Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote for formatting and citation management, following APA 7th edition style.
Manuscript Structure:

Title
The title should be clear, concise, and no longer than 12 words. Avoid acronyms and abbreviations. -
Abstract
The abstract should be a concise paragraph (max 200 words) without citations. It should briefly outline the primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes and results, and conclusions of the study. -
Section Structure
Authors are encouraged to organize their manuscript as follows:-
Introduction: Context and background information, objectives, and research questions.

Method: Detailed description of research design, methodology, and data collection.

Results and Discussion: Presentation of findings and analysis.

Conclusion: Summary of results, implications, and possible future research directions.

A minimum of 25 references is expected. The reference breakdown should be:-
70% from journals

25% from textbooks/e-books
-
5% from secondary data (reports, online resources, etc.)
Authors should ensure their references follow APA 7th edition style and format.
